Console board

Console boards NDL They represent reinforced concrete prefabricates designed for the construction of railway platforms with height 550 mm, designed according to the requirements of railway management. Thanks to their modular design they enable efficient construction of platforms even at high operating speeds of trains to 160 km/h heaven 200 km/h (According to the type of board). Are compatible with the platform edges of the UB13-1-Re and UB13-2-ree series.

There are two basic formats on offer:

• NDL 800×1600 mm - For standard use

• NDL 1300×2100 mm - for more demanding applications and higher operating speeds

Each format is available in two versions:

• A standard concrete design
•  
• Glued version with Comcon® tiles from composite stone with guide line width 40 CM for higher safety and comfort of blind and visually impaired persons.

Materials and construction:

• Non -slip pavement: Integrated anti -slip surface in standard or design design.

• Warning belts and guide lines (VL): Precisely placed elements for defining the safety zone.

• DLAžba comcon® (for glued type): Composite stone with high resistance, located 80–130 cm from the edge by type.

• Universal: 120 × 85 mm pads ensure simple installation without the need for special anchors.

Implementation and assembly:

• The boards are stored on a pair of rubber pads on the supporting edges or directly in the underlying concrete.
