This year as the Maba Prefa team we participated, that helps children and adults with mental disabilities and combined defects.

Not only did we contribute as partners, But at the same time we were actively involved - our people set out on a running track, so on the hiking trail. 💪✨

We are proud, that we can be part of this event, that connects sport with a good thing and helps there, Where is it really needed.

The D5 highway in the Czech Republic connects Prague to the German border at Rozvadov, stretching over 151 km. As part of an ongoing road modernisation project near Rozvadov, also the central reserve has been upgraded with state-of-the-art restraint systems.

We are proud that the DELTABLOC® DB 120S concrete safety barriers have been chosen for this project. The surface-mounted DB 120S achieves the highest performance class H4b and features our Zero Debris Concrete (ZDC) technology, eliminating the risk of detached concrete parts and ensuring maximum road safety.

🌉 prestressed bridge beams from Mabapref for the new bridge in Hronov

As part of the reconstruction project II/303 between Velký Poříčí and Hronov we are for the company
Eurovia CZ
They produced and supplied prefabricated reinforced concrete T-doors forming the supporting structure of the new bridge EV. C. 303-003 across the Metuji River.

🔹 The beams have a length 18 meters, height 750 mm and the width of the shaft 600 mm
🔹 Concrete class C50/60 with increased resistance (XF2, XD3, XC4)
🔹 Each beam weighs over 24 again
🔹 are pre -prestressed reinforcement with 26 wasted
🔹 Including anchoring elements and adjusting to suspension of cornice and drainage

Accuracy, The bearing capacity and quality of concrete were key to ensuring the safety and long life of the bridge. Prefabrication enabled quick assembly and elimination of work on the construction site.

We are pleased, that we could be part of this public contract for the Hradec Králové Region and contribute our know-how to modernize transport infrastructure in the region.

🏁 Done! The collection yard in Sázava is completely mounted

Over the past week we successfully completed the installation of a modular collection yard in
Sázava
in cooperation with Energon Building.

🟫 Prefabricated Module Module Module Concrete, which we made in our race, are now in place - ready for final completion and early commissioning.

This project again confirmed the benefits of a modular solution:
