Prefabricated cellars of modulo

System MODULO is a prefabricated solution for the realization of underground buildings - typically serving as a waste storage, technology or other service space. Is based on a combination reinforced concrete modules, that are mounted in fully functional technical spaces with minimal construction preparation. Materials and construction:

• Walls and ceilings of concrete C35/45 According to ČSN EN 206-1 with B500B structural reinforcement.

• Integrated ceilings with walkable adjustment or vehicle load options - according to the specification to 29 t total weight (by default 3,5 t).

• High resistance to chemical stress and pressure water.

• Possibility to customize shape and division including multiple rooms or extensions.

• Waterproofing is part of the technology in module joints.

Implementation and assembly:

• Modulo objects are mounted from prefabricated parts directly on the construction site.

• Standard assembly time 1 object (without access ramps) is about 2-3 days.

• Including ramps and backfilling the terrain take the implementation commonly 3 until 5 working days.

• Delivery includes modular units, slab, Puts for technology and service approach.
