Description


For the position of operational locksmith, welder/welder, maintenance worker you will become a key part of the company's team MabaPrefa. Your main task will be preparation, repair and construction of forms for concrete prefabs. We are looking for a reliable and responsible colleague, who is familiar with construction documentation and has experience with maintenance work. A valid welding license is a great advantage, but we will provide training and qualifications if necessary.

About you


You are reliable and independent, willing to conscientiously fulfill assigned tasks and pay attention to accuracy in work. Training in the field of operational locksmithing and orientation in construction documentation are a great advantage, as well as a valid welding license. If you do not yet have these qualifications, We are happy to provide you with professional training and support.

This position offers the possibility of professional growth, including professional welding training, which will allow you to improve your skills and become a key member of our maintenance team.

  • Basic orientation in construction documentation: Knowledge of reading building documentation is an advantage.
  • Independence and reliability: Ability to work independently and carefully complete assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to work conscientiously: A responsible approach to work is essential for us.

Job content


  • Preparation of forms for concrete prefabs:

    • Participate in form building, which are the basis for the production of our prefabricated parts. The molds must be precisely prepared according to the production documentation and technical requirements.
    • Ensure accuracy when assembling the mold, so that the finished concrete prefabs correspond to the specifications and meet the quality standards.
  • Mold repair and maintenance:

    • Carry out repairs to damaged molds and ensure their readiness for production again. Repairs include replacing damaged parts and checking overall mold functionality.
    • Regularly check the condition of molds and their accessories and ensure, that all molds are in perfect condition ready for production.
  • Construction and assembly of forms:

    • Assemble and assemble molds for new products according to plans and specifications.
    • Collaborate with the engineering department on changes or optimization of mold designs according to customer requirements or based on internal improvement suggestions.
  • Welding:

    • Perform welding required in mold assembly and repair. A valid welding license is an advantage, but we also provide the option of training, if you are not yet qualified.
    • Use different welding techniques as required, including welding of metal structures of molds and repair of steel parts.
  • Equipment maintenance and adjustment:

    • Carry out regular maintenance and minor repairs of machinery used in the production of precast concrete.
    • Collaborate with colleagues in maintenance planning, to ensure minimal equipment downtime and production flow.
