Operation of concrete steel bending machines
Description
In the position of operator of concrete steel bending machines, you will become a key member of our team in MabaPrefa. Your main task will be the operation and adjustment of bending machines according to the technical documentation, preparation and control of material before the bending process and ongoing quality control of finished products. We are looking for a reliable colleague, who focuses on precision and is ready to improve in the field of mechanical production.

About you
You are precise, reliable and you like working with technical equipment. You want to further your education and improve yourself in the field of operating bending machines. Experience with machine operation and orientation in technical documentation is an advantage, but if you don't have them yet, we will be happy to train you and provide the necessary support.

Job content
- Operation and adjustment of bending machines: Setup and control of machines designed for bending reinforcing steel according to technical documentation and project specifications.
- Material preparation: Takeover, inspection and preparation of reinforcing steel before the bending process, including measurement and labeling according to the required dimensions.
- Quality control of output products: Continuous verification of the accuracy and quality of bent steel elements, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
- Maintenance of machinery: Performing regular maintenance, cleaning and minor repairs of bending machines to ensure their trouble-free operation.
- Compliance with safety regulations: Work in accordance with safety standards and regulations, using personal protective equipment and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Records and documentation of work: Keeping records of actions taken, material consumption and possible defects in machinery.
- Cooperation with other workers: Coordination of activities with colleagues at the workplace, communication with superiors regarding the performance of tasks and possible problems.
